In these unprecedented times of uncertainty due to the current viral outbreak it is becoming necessary to move more workflows to remote workflows.  We decided to write this short article to help you choose some options to transition your business to tel-working. File sharing.

If you already have an Office 365 or GSuite subscription, then you are already in good shape. Both of these services provide a large amount of online file storage that can be shared with other users in your company or can be set up to allow access from users external to your company such as vendors and clients. However if you don’t have subscriptions to these services here are some options.*  Dropbox* Box* Consumer OneDrive* Consumer Google Drive

Conferencing

Once again Microsoft and Google have built in solutions for subscribers. But there are plenty of standalone services available – Skype- Google Hangouts- Zoom- Bluejeans- Goto Meeting
